Remember when the left screamed that the President's travel ban was unconstitutional and then sang the praises of the lower courts which delayed the ban? And all of us who told them "uh huh, it is too legal"?

Actually untrue, because the VAST majority of cases that are appealed to SCOTUS are not granted cert, so the Appeals Court ruling stands. If SCOTUS agrees to hear the case THEN Trump does have a slight edge

I’m willing to listen to the first part of this if the 9th held that it was a Constitutional issue for the Executive Branch to wade into monetary issues under the umbrella of the Legislative Branch.
However, this Judge showed his cards by using the term “Policy Goals.”
Sanctuary cities are not violating Trump Admin policy goals. They are willfully violating Federal Law.
