So, there are only nine black people in Seattle and two of them are shooting at each other at a Food Festival.

Police say they believe two shooters were firing at each other, sending crowds scrambling for safety as people fled the popular event.
A young person is in custody, but the search for a second suspected shooter is still underway. |
