Can't be, Washington State has some of the toughest gun laws and there's a shooting there? It's the gun's fault for sure

Doubt it, but there was a yearly, popular festival occuring on the space needle grounds.
If you've never been to Seattle, this particular area is flanked by their large arena on one end and the space needle at the other. It's tree covered and would be easy to bring a gun in and not be totally seen in the open. Lots of stuff going on right there on the weekends.
