I was just reading an article that predicts 37% mail in, 37% in person and early voting the rest. Biden voters outnumber the Trump voters 2 to 1 mail in.

All I know is Kentucky has in person and absentee voting, no mail in. We have statutes on the books prohibiting mail ins.

But wouldn't all the Congressional races be on the same mail in ballots as the Presidential? If so, I don't see how Congress would be settled either.

I've only seen a Pew Research study that cited 20% of all votes in 2016 were by mail.

I gotcha. Thanks. Here's the one I referenced. Of course this one does indicate a steady rise, albeit a slow one. The current circumstances would dictate a somewhat heftier increase than "normal" it's just a matter of by exactly how much. Hence, what we're spitballing about here.
