I was in New Orleans a couple weeks ago and a friend that had never been wanted to walk to the French Quarter.
There was a fat, 300# woman in a Planned Parenthood shirt asking for donations - she uttered the phrase "We can't perform abortions here anymore, the closest state is actually Illinois."

. Maternal mortality rate has nothing to do with access to abortion. No pro-lifer has ever argued that mothers should die. If the mother's life is in danger, they can deliver the baby and do everything medically possible to save the child.
