Don't know all the details on the alleged damage that was done to the reflecting pool by some leftist loon but if Pirro can't produce sufficient evidence to prosecute this POS what is she supposed to do?

Dropping the charges is the right thing to do. All sane people knew the reflecting pool wasn’t vandalized. Just another Trump lie to save face…he doesn’t care who gets hurt in the process.

This is pretty typical of Trump throwing his people under the bus. Bondi seemed in over her head but Pirro has been nothing but a loyal soldier for him and is more than capable in her role. If the evidence isn’t there she did the right thing. Trump just doesn’t want to hear it and ran his mouth too much and is now blaming her for incompetence.

The national park service has a procurement division that is tasked with contracting.
If the justification was that the project needed to be completed by July 4th, that probably doesn’t meet the criteria for a no bid contract. The nation’s 250th anniversary was reasonably foreseeable with sufficient time to solicit bids.

Apparently, prosecute them anyway. Don't have the evidence? Who cares... just prosecute. After all, Trump wants them prosecuted, lack of evidence notwithstanding.
