The "Fifth Avenue" name has a lot of panache in NYC. It is a highly desirable address and NOBODY is going to call it Barack Obama Ave. NOBODY. Back in the day, 6th Ave was renamed Avenue of the Americas and a street sign put up. You know what New Yorkers call that street?? 6th Avenue. To this day .
