They aren't indicting him without J6. It's all over the indictment. There would be zero cover for this political assassination without it.

Dude, I don’t think you understand how message boards work.
The whole point of this place is for each of us to have a venue where we can share information about the 0.000001% of the world we have individually interacted with. You claim that your unique interactions with the world have given you valuable insight on what was unequivocally one of the most important days in our nation’s history. And you’re never going to have a more friendly, receptive audience to share that insight with than right here right now.

The riot did happen though. So your question is pointless. As the allegations are set out, it doesn’t matter who organized or allowed it. Smith alleges that Trump took advantage of it.
