Murkowski and Collins can’t vote yes to impeach Kavnaugh as they voted to confirm him. He has done nothing since that would warrant an impeachment and zero new evidence has come out. In fact I think the evidence is less now then it was during confirmation.

I don’t think Turtle and Lindsey would have made statements if they didn’t have the votes. They probably don’t need Collins Merkowski & Peter Delecto.

Susan Collins doesn't matter. Her, Romney, Murk can all vote No or abstain and we could still get a justice with Pence breaking tie.
RBG dying literally has cost Collins her seat. She votes No then the GOP in Maine won't vote for her - she voted Yes then the moderates and independents will vote for her challenger.
McConnell is probably going to provide cover for her and just have her abstain and then tell Trump look you have your votes Collins had to in order to have a chance to win don't tweet at her or go after her get the GOP in Maine to support her.
That's the only play.
