I'm not shooting you, but what does that mean?

He is following whatever narrative Mueller is providing.

It's Mueller grand jury day. I wouldn't be surprised if he'd already gotten Manafort in there and locked in that testimony before his plea today.

Just like cohen, stormy, pop, etc etc
You got him this time

Looks like Uncle Sam may be moving into Trump Tower.

So they’re not getting $48M in forfeitures?

But NO COORDINATION WITH THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT AND THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN!!!!
That was the original purpose of the Mueller appointment.
Incorrect. The SC was created to investigate Russian attempts to influence our election INCLUDING possible involvement by Team Trump. It has been stated publicly at least twice that there is zero evidence that Team Trump did anything wrong in that regard. I get why Dems don't recognize this fact, but why other people don't is just beyond me. Trump is not being investigated for "colluding with Russia" that is over, and has been for quite some time

Still trying to make sense of the deal. There were the EDVA counts, hung counts, today's pleas to obstruction and conspiracy. Maybe one of our defense lawyahs can help us out.

That's always good for lulz.
I wonder if Dumber has acquired any fear of going to jail today. If so, I'd promote him back to Dumb in the never-ending competition, "Which is Dumb, and which is Dumber?" a competition which flips even more than The Best People.

Your devotion to everything Mueller is quite impressive.

Devotion or obsession

This actually looks worse for Podesta and the DNC than it does for Trump...
Who is Greg Craig?
So the Podesta Group was tied into Russia? And then so was Perkins Cole?
Shocked I say..
Also..
quote:
BAD FOR GREG CRAIG: His white shoe law firm @SKADDEN_ARPS accepted $4M from MANAFORT through overseas accounts to write whitewash report on YANOKOVYCH while privately expressing doubts about the report & also secretly working more broadly for Yanukovych's pro-Russian regime.
Who is Greg Craig?
quote:
Probably worth mentioning somewhere that GREG CRAIG was OBAMA's White House Counsel and then went on to work at PERKINS COIE, the firm the DNC used to launder campaign finance money for the STEELE dossier. His firm was getting $4m to help a pro-Russian Ukrainian regime? Oh
quote:
BAD FOR @PODESTAGROUP: Emails suggest that the lobbying firm knew all along that their work was for the pro-Russian government of Ukraine, & not a non-profit group, per new info from MUELLER, which calls into question Podesta's basis for not registering under FARA.
quote:
PODESTA & MERCURY KNEW: New MUELLER info shows that the firms knew the non-profit they were representing was a front for MANAFORT's pro-Russian client. A Mercury employee said the set-up was "like Alice in Wonderland.” A Podesta employee called it “a fig leaf on a fig leaf.”
quote:
Nothing to see here, only TONY PODESTA, the brother of JOHN PODESTA, (Hillary's campaign manager) getting rich by helping MANAFORT lobby for pro-Russian Ukrainian interests. I'm sure this will be the lead news on @CNN
So the Podesta Group was tied into Russia? And then so was Perkins Cole?
Shocked I say..

Paul Manafort's cooperation agreement with the special counsel does not include matters involving the Trump campaign, according to a person familiar with the case, @johnson_carrie reports

Cooperating regarding Trump, No. Cooperating regarding Podesta and others tied to the DNC, Yes.

Incorrect. The SC was created to investigate Russian attempts to influence our election
There is no question there were "Russian attempts to influence our election."
Everyone admits that. The Dossier stands as irrefutable evidence of it.
Mueller couldn't care less.

I don't think cooperation agreements work quite like that though.
