$4.29 for premium at Costco. I thought Trump was going to lower the prices of things like gasoline and groceries? When will this insanity stop? If I didn't know who was President and you told me to guess by things like gasoline prices, grocery prices, mortgage rates, inflation, etc, I would say Biden or Kamala.

In before:

"You should stop buying lottery tickets!!!"
"You should walk more places instead of drive!!!!"
"You must be poor!!!!"
"I'm ok with $5.00 a gallon gasoline as long as it keeps Iran from a nuclear weapon!!!!!"
"This is just temporary and will last two weeks to a month at most quit being a cuck, panican, lib, soy, trans homosexual!!!!!!"
"Trump has this under control and knows what he is doing!!!"

Well, that’s it. Looks like I’m voting for Gavin in 2028. Look at what he did for the California gas prices!

Oh wait…

I woke up and realized we are living under what a Biden/ Harris administration would give us instead of the fantasy world MAGA perpetrates on here. This is reality.

The first thing you do on a Monday is wake up and cry about gas prices
Yet you claim to live in an area where the median home price is 4mil

Thats crazy TDS

oh look everybody ronricks started another thread on how he's struggling to afford gas by the way jethrine the last time you started this thread you paid $4.29 at cosco for premium and that was 3 weeks ago so i guess we could conclude that the price of gas at your costco has stabilized.

2 questions:
Why premium?
Do you think this price is locked in forever?

Trump’s policy of taking out a terrorist regime is different than Dems collective policy of hampering oil companies. Only one of these is designed to be permanent.

Right now, I am more concerned with the US10Y than gas prices, but try driving a diesel right now.

The economy is in a tight spot, and war with Iran is doing nothing to help. Trump needs to navigate us out of it ASAP.

We are getting squeezed everywhere. I have small side business that sells about a million per year on Amazon but this year it has been dead. Tracking for over 30% lower sales while shipping costs, materials, etc have all gone up.

On the plus side for me, my primary business, in which I manage foreclosures for banks, is taking off. I spoke to one of my clients on Friday, and they just inherited 22K new units. No one would believe me if I told them the anecdotes I am seeing relative to new foreclosures. The data reports for this quarter and last will be interesting to see when they drop in a few months.

I have defended Trump on gas prices but its about time Trump navigates us out of this war and tells Netanyahu to frick off.

The first thing I did this morning was go to the gym at 5AM. Then, to my horror I went to gas up at Costco of all places and the god damn gasoline was $4.29 a gallon. I had to check and make sure Kamala wasn't President before I filled up.

Median price in my neighborhood is $750k to $800kish which is skewed by some shitty cuckbox condos like you live in. A SFH is going to run you north of one million for a 2/2 or 3/2 and both will need some renovations to be modern. You aren't the person to be trying to lecture anyone on housing, rates, or real estate because you are a failed Realtor/mortgage broker who lives in an 800 sqft cuckbox condo likely with insane monthly condo fees as well.

When you buy a car that requires 93 octane gasoline, then you can expect to pay more at the pump. Fewer than 20% of all vehicles on the road use premium gas, so there is less of that produced and therefore costs more.

Suck it up and enjoy your BMW.

Seriously, I'd like to know the following. What vehicle make/model and what was the cost for regular unleaded at Costco this morning.

I ask for a couple of reasons, not to bash you OP... but you decided to create a new thread.

First, we normally are looking at base cost of gas for comparison.

Second, 30 years ago 'premium' was 10 - 15 cents/ gallon more than that base. Today, at many pumps, you've probably noticed a much steeper jump, often close to $1 more. I've never understood it.

Finally, we are fighting in a WAR. When I recall > $100 to fill a Tahoe under Biden, we were fighting about Hunter Biden's laptop, and was it real.

None of this really matters, though I like your 'In before' list.

A sane rational response. Look at all the other excuses and mental gymnastics being posted on here regarding Trump's bad decision(s).
