This is just another stat that trends right along with black population density. It’s as sure as the sunrise. Most of the stats that trend the same way are undesirable I.e. crime rate, poverty, etc.

Louisiana leads the nation in some bad categories.....and it will never change!.....hasn't changed in my entire life.
