Once again, numerous legal experts agree that Mueller doesn't have the authority to investigate the transition. Now, during the course of activities that he has no authority to conduct his team has illegally collected protected communications.
This is what happens when there is no Muh Russians. Mueller is now clearly focused on the transition in a last ditch effort fish expedition. Mueller is going torched earth and in the process is destroying what little integrity these government institutions had left.

The point is not to just survive the Investigation, C...it's to RID the Bureaucracy of the corrupt individuals. Just like the days of sexual harassment are over with - thanks to Weinstein -, the days of overt criminality (Obama/Hillary Deep State) are over too. There is no way this can be buried...given the seriousness of the potential lawlessness. The evidence is there...just a matter of tick tock.
The OIG's Report is due mid-January. That's when hell breaks loose on the crooks.

This isn’t an example of faxing a memo to the wrong number. It sounds like these documents were produced in response to a discovery request and nothing in the lawyer’s statement suggests that Mueller’s team was ever notified that these were erroneously produced. I don’t think you’re convincing a federal judge that Mueller’s team ever knew these were produced in error.
Maybe if these emails were clearly marked “Attorney-Client privileged.” But that hasn’t been alleged to the best of my knowledge. More facts need to be discovered before you start alleging ethical violations.

Doesn't matter. And if Mueller and his team can't recognize privileged communication when they see it, that speaks volumes about their competency

It’s pretty clear you’ve don’t have litigation experience. There isn’t a magic box on every email showing conclusive privilege
Hell, even the presence of an attorney doesn’t alone prove privilege. It’s not exactly public knowledge who’s representing whom in a legal capacity. Or if third-parties waive any applicable privilege. The fact that you are cavalier about alleging ethics violations against Mueller when the President’s own attorney (who has actually seen the relevant emails!) hasn’t gone that far speaks volumes
