Our President's attorney's allege illegal conduct by Robert Mueller

Seems par for the course for Mueller, given the stuff I've read about his previous liberties taken as a prosecutor.

So Mueller asks for the transition emails and the GSA sends over everything, including potentially privileged documents. Sounds like her problem is with incompetence in the GSA, not Mueller

Whichever attorney in the GSA that responded to Mueller’s request needs to be fired and possibly disbarred.

ETA: this thread title is incorrect. Trump’s attorney alleged inappropriate activity by the GSA in response to the request.

Those communications aren't privileged if the attorneys were involved in committing the crime.

Mueller has a duty to return and or destroy any privileged information received by error. If he failed to do this it is a violation of that duty. Not sure what your point is.

You see...

The problem is that the attorney for the treansition should have been advised of the request, so the appropriate objections could be made and privileged documents redacted.

But that wasn't done.

Of course, any attorney on Mueller's team (including Mueller himself) have committed ethical violations by reading the obviously privileged documents and not advising anyone of their disclosure.

Wow, the libs really seem to have pushed up in this thread here...they seem a bit rustled.
