The move from Mueller's team to obtain the emails from the GSA stymied efforts from transition officials, who were prepared for Mueller's request for the emails and had separated messages they believed contained privileged information. Mueller now has access to all of them.

Admissible. And no. Though I don't think that is the issue here. Mueller viewed them and nothing came if it. The issue is "honest" bob ignoring the rule of law.

When they broke in on the Manaforts they seized documents and materials that WERE marked attorney-client. Mueller is like the Clintons and thinks the law does not apply to him.

The issue is whether it was legal for a special prosecutor investigating matters related to the 2016 election and Russian collusion to be viewing matters unrelated to their investigation.
I guarantee you half the people who post on this board, heck, half of America, would lose their jobs, their family, and possibly their freedom if their private lives were run through with a fine tooth comb.

Getting lost here is whether evidence from this, regardless of how it's obtained, is admissible in an impeachment proceeding. Damning evidence is damning evidence. That's how the public will view it.
That said, I don't expect anything to come of this. And I really think it's a way for Trump to clean house in GSA. Clearly, someone in GSA did this and likely because he/she/they are partisan.
