I mean. I even cited rule 4.4(b). You are silly

I ask you the same about trump. Illegally obtained and viewed privileged info. And still nothing?

From the GSA counsel who turned over the emails:

Above my pay grade but will be curious to see if Langhofer has a leg to stand on here. I'm betting Michael Dreeben was brought in for just this sort of issue, though.
I'm also wondering if the fact that Langhofer claims the materials are "susceptible to privilege claims" but doesn't directly claim them to be actually privileged (then goes on to ask Congress to change the law to prevent impairment of future transitions) is something of a tell of a weak hand, but

Specifically, Loewentritt said, "in using our devices," transition team members were informed that materials "would not be held back in any law enforcement" actions.
Loewentritt read to BuzzFeed News a series of agreements that anyone had to agree to when using GSA materials during the transition, including that there could be monitoring and auditing of devices and that, "Therefore, no expectation of privacy can be assumed."
Loewentritt told BuzzFeed News that the GSA initially "suggested a warrant or subpoena" for the materials, but that the Special Counsel's Office determined the letter route was sufficient.
As to whether the Trump campaign should have been informed of the request, Loewentritt said, "That's between the Special Counsel and the transition team."

That's not how expectation of privacy works. One never informed cannot agree to waive the expectation. Failure to inform of the request and subsequent disclosure is a violation of rule 4.4 and it deprived any opportunity to object.
Honest bob wasn't being so honest. Despite that and despite getting privileged info...nothing came of it.

Suppose this will be adjudicated if Trump doesn't fire Mueller first. And probably still will even then.
How can we say nothing came of it if the investigation is ongoing?

why don't they just sit back and let this sham run it's course?
Because hundreds of thousands of brave men died to ensure the protections of the Constitution were passed on to us. Governments will go as far as we let them as pleebs. You fight it on principle and on Constitutional grounds.
It's about time someone told these assholes "frick you, you can't do that to a US citizen."

No real need for adjudication. Mueller saw the privileged communication. Nothing came if it. It just goes to show "honest" bob plays fast and loose with ethics rules. I don't expect you to care. I expect you to attempt to justify it

Bob Mueller needs no help from me. He'll do his best to justify it if he needs to.
Posted on 12/16/17 at 9:23 pm to TigerDoc
And he should. Allegations like these are no minor matter. He needs to answer for them.

He won't answer, the press will cover for him.

Wait. What? So you agree the investigation is a farce?

So you never once said you thought trump was guilty of any wrongdoing?
I'm not sure I can get you a coat brother man. But I can ask.

I thought you said they'd not be adjudicated. If these are privileged, won't any evidence & testimony based on them be suppressed?
And it's not true that nothing's come from them. They were apparently being used to guide Mueller's interviews of transition officials (appparently this is how the White House came to know that Mueller had them).

I said there was no need for adjudication. Mueller illegally viewed them. Nothing came of it. The fact Mueller illegally used them to interview people granted. Nothing came if it.

You keep saying "nothing came of it" but the investigation is ongoing.
