Guy's being facetious and antagonistic. Typically one white wouldn't say white power to another white. It doesn't really work that way.
Nonetheless, it will be picked up by MSM anyway, they will use it with their own choir, and very many righties will accept that take as well.

Far more likely that he is a tired old man who thought he could be an agent of change with the government working for him, then arrived in Washington to find Congress, the military, the IC, and even his beloved judges that he was assured would be his legacy were not only not beholden to him or his agenda but were actually working in lockstep opposition to him. They have smeared him completely in the press, his name will be a black mark in history books, they have cost him untold millions in current and future legal fees. Maybe he's received assurances that toprdoing the election and losing by 10% means he gets to retire quietly.

I'd rather Trump make an effort to garner support so he can get re-elected and push policies that don't destroy the country.

Sometimes his ways are quite enigmatic, sometimes he has waaaay too much faith in our ability to use context and properly discern things, but he is not trying to lose.
