Ossoff outspending all federal candidates this year. More than AOC and Rashida Tlaib. Why?

It is all about the "look". It is too bad we allow women to vote.
Is he ugly without makeup or what?

The spending also comes as liberal media figures praise the 39-year-old Ossoff's carefully managed on-camera presence and float him as a prospective 2028 presidential candidate.
A recent Puck profile asserted that Ossoff "has seemingly reinvented himself" in anticipation of a 2028 presidential bid, adding a "beefier physique to his studied, Obama-like cadence." New York Times columnist Ezra Klein noted that as a former documentary filmmaker, Ossoff "actually knows how to create TV."

I’m guessing he wants to be reelected, but what the hell do I know?

They are grooming your next president. The Texas guy is just a distraction.

Ossoff will certainly be relected to the Senate (that race ain't even close; no one except non-college Bible beaters are voting for Collins), and he'll toss his hat into the ring for President in 2028.
Ossoff-- is the future of the Democratic party, and the democracy

If it weren't in doubt, he wouldn't be spending so much.

Though he is Jewish, and the Dems are nothing if not biased, racist, anti-semitic frickheads. They inexplicably hate Jews like they hate Trump.

I laugh heartily when the left says things like this!

So he's a professional actor.
Hum.
Hum.

Kalshi/538 give him a 90% chance to be reelected to the Senate. 90/10 doesn't seem like a close race IMO

Then why spend so much on a race that is already over? Inquiring minds want to know.

Because he’ll likely be the Dem nominee in 2028

Will you look at what you just typed. Ossoff has already won a statewide election in GEORGIA, which is not a state with a very large Jewish population-- Georgia isn't California, Connecticut, New York. And besides he's only 1/2 Jewish, and is only nominally a religious Jew. This isn't Lieberman running. And we're talking 2026, not the 1950's.

Scrapping the bottom of the barrel and spending a fortune doing it.

Did he though? I would say that is why they are spending a ton of money. Georgia is much redder than 2020 shows. It would be a shame if their hopeful future presidential candidate does not win back his senate seat.

The national socialist left, which hates America & Americans in general; Israel & Jews in general; all law enforcement and military including border security; and capitalism in lieu of socialism, can all go die in a fire as far as I am concerned. Utter unAmerican filth.

Is that the same outfit that said Hillary had a 90% chance of beating Trump?

Mark my words, he'll beat the brakes off of the Trump puppet Collins in a year where the POTUS approval rating is dropping to microscopic levels

Sadly Ossoff will win reelection barring a self inflicted wound. GA republicans have got to find some stars. Things were too easy for the republicans in GA until about 8-10 years ago. They have got to get some fighters.

Someone I trust who is in tune with state level politics said that Ossoff has helped a lot of regions with getting funding or action on things that have been delayed in the past. Rural areas, I think, and possibly involving health care.
Anyway, my contact is very conservative and said that because of the help on the projects, Ossoff has appealed to a lot of folks. This spending might be trying to help convince moderates that he’ll keep helping them in the future with state level things, even though he caucuses with the Dems on everything federally.
