He needs to be prosecuted for multiple counts of manslaughter and attempted manslaughter and the DA who dropped his charges should be charged as an accomplice.

Someone needs to start putting up billboards in these lib cities of the DA’s face next to the scum bag he let off and then in text say something like “I gave this guy X laughable sentence for X violent crime and now he’s committed X heinous crime”

I think you are right.
Jashanpreet Singh was in jail as recently as January.
I find it very hard to believe that he is now out and driving a truck again while facing 3 vehicular manslaughter charges.
In fact, I looked at the thread on X, and some replies indicated that this driver in the new wreck is not Jashanpreet Singh.
According to the New York Post:

X content creators care more about speed and emotional triggering than the veracity of what they post.
