thousands of DUI's are successfully prosecuted weekly throughout the country with only failed field sobriety tests. (it's weird you aren't aware of that)

But CDL drivers get divorced too, and I’m sure they could use a discounted almost real lawyer.

I'm only commenting on the dropped DUI

A better question is how his company could get insurance on him driving trucks, and if that involved fraud that vitiates the lawful protection of their corporate body.
