btw, he was charged with DUI in the first case AND the one today. Of course the California DA dropped the charges on the first one.

i provided 2 links in the OP that mention the DUI's.
the Ontario CA, DA dropped the DUI charges on the 1st wreck that killed 3. It's public record. I would think a highly educated attorney from the harvard law school of the south should be able to find it quite easily.

CDL's are not issued by the Federal Gov't. They are issued by the states. Evidently Newsome did not want this guy deported.
