I do not know if she admitted to consummation. Waterboarding might jog her memory.

Can we deport the both of them?

Seems people have been saying this for years and they presented the documentation to prove it. It's amazing to me how these things can be known and still be censored to the point that these corrupt shite bags running our country get away with it.

What is the statute of limitations on sham marriage to evade immigration laws?

Some people did some things.

Unfortunately, I can easily see the very strange white progressives up in Minneapolis taking that in and instead of processing it with common sense and rationality, amazingly and inexplicably gushing about how “brave” she was to do such a thing.
Extremely nice people in normal day to day settings…but they’ve always been politically off their rockers up there ever since I can remember. They’ve never voted in their own best interests.
It’s….really odd.

She is a foreign agent for Somali and has been importing them to fill her district via us tax payers funds and lobbies for foreign aid to be sent back home were she has professed her loyalty to the Solamlian king or what ever that bag of dicks title.

There is no statute of limitations on the bar to receiving permanent resident status due to marriage fraud. This bar applies even if there was no formal finding of fraud.
Explanation
The bar to receiving permanent resident status due to marriage fraud is in section 204(c).
The bar can apply even if there was only a conspiracy to commit marriage fraud.
The bar can apply even if USCIS approved a family-based visa petition.
The bar can apply regardless of how long ago the alleged fraud occurred.
Marriage fraud is a federal crime that can result in: Denial of immigration applications, Criminal prosecution for fraud, Significant fines, Prison time, and Deportation.
The BIA has ruled that the bar to approval of a subsequent petition can apply even if the agency didn't explicitly find marriage fraud when it denied the first petition.
The BIA has also ruled that there must be both an agreement and an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
