I was watching a tour with the border patrol and they had 17 illegals on the side of the road being processed. One young little girl was sitting on the road and the interviewer asked the border agent to ask her if she was scared. She responded and the border patrol agent smiled. The reporter asked what she said, the agent said "She says she is with border patrol....she is safe now".
They then proceeded to spend half the night looking for another kids mom and little brother. The coyote had left them, they were dehydrated and exhausted and the little boy had gone to find help.
So much for that image of the heartless uncaring border agents.

Border agents are just guys doing their jobs. More than likely they have kids at home too. This whole idea that border agents are like the SS rounding them up is just bullshite. Also, these coyotes likely worked for the cartels. Linking up with those guys is one dangerous gamble.

Basically yes. Our media’s definition of “being savagely locked in cages”, is a joke to these people. Just the fact of being in America where they’re safe, have a place to sleep, and receive 3 guaranteed meals is already a huge improvement over their lives at home.

I think this is the video the OP refers to. The first minute is the propaganda kids crying, the interview starts around 1:05. Well worth watching. The Border Patrol agent beats down every stupid question this bimbo asks him. Honestly I am surprised CNN still has the video up.

Most border patrol officers are good people doing important and sometimes dangerous work. And some “are just following orders” as the ICE Director said.

As far as I know, no one is being given “evil” orders. That would infer they’re being told to harm these people in some way.
