The FISA judge accepted this shite as evidence at face value and approved it like 4 different times.

FISA court judges have denied 25 or so applications in its entire history. They don’t seem to give two fricks about spying on Americans. It’s time to abolish FISA in its entirety.

Im going to file a JIC complaint against the judge for not filing bar complaints on attorneys that presented him falsi information. He is required to redpond.

Yes they do. Problem is you only need one judge to get a warrant (I think there's like 12 judges). I have heard rumors that people will "judge shop" the FISA court for warrants. Therefore, it's possible they picked a liberal judge on the court who might be sympathetic to them.
