You need to find more persuasive propaganda. This is typical old hat stuff.
That being said...
I think it is, or should be, clearly recognizable that there is no appetite for financial responsibility among the electorate or the elected officials of this country. There has been no fiscal conservatism since Newt Gingrich in the mid 1990s.
This is not new, and no party will address it, and anyone that tries to address it will be run out of town on a rail or has zero chance of being elected. People don't want to cut anything, the electorate or the politicians, at least not enough people to matter.
We're in a black spiral here. Republicans will just take us down slower and easier and less crazy than Democrats.

I don’t necessarily agree with increases that are identified as executive branch when it is the legislature that determines budget … but here goes:

So let's say they're wrong and it's 4 trillion and not 5. Still awesome?

Geez let’s put your idiots back in charge. You want Obama back, maybe Bush. You people

There’s really no difference between Democrats and Republicans.
Also,
at all the retarded down voters who love big deficit spending and more debt. It’s what they wanted, but will downvote you (and call to primary actual, real Conservatives) for pointing it out.
Those are some STUPID motherfrickers.
Also,

Yes. Exactly that. That’s why 5 minutes before Trump told them to support it, they were all vehemently opposed to increased deficit spending omnibus bills and more debt.
Not, anymore, though. Now, they fricking LOVE it.

Wouldn't the deficit go up any way?
I am not saying that the BBB was some sort unearthly spending plan. But the fact is the deficit was going to rise anyway espcially when you are spending over 1 trillion dollars a year just to pay the interest on the debt.
Only way we get to lower the debt is by increasing revenue in the form of taxes or cutting spending to the bone.
Washington has the stomach for neither of these things.

(R) I borrowed $75,000 for a new work truck that will increase my productivity and profits by 35%,
(D) I borrowed $75,000, gave half away to friends and family and spent the other half on solar panels that are effectively useless.
Spending money to make more money is what I voted for.

So 50-65% less than current rates? Sounds like progress to me.

What do you want me to do about it? Do you think im voting for politicians vowing to raise the debt? Was there a realistic, better budget Presidential candidate than Trump...nope. Even if Ron Paul was President, he cant force all the big gov Republicans to cut spending. The budget would still be going up up up. There are prob less than 10 total congressmen that would vote to slash spending

This seems obvious at this point. They'll just support whatever he said even if it is squarely in opposition to their long held beliefs and values.

It’s probably a conservative estimate full of assumptions. It will likely be more than that. We are already paying over $1 trillion a year on just the interest of our current debt.
There is now way to calculate within reliable accuracy what the BBB will ultimately contribute to the US deficit /debt. There's little doubt in the short term another $2 trillion will be tacked on to US debt overt the next 12-18 months.

They never really had any long-held beliefs or values.
Their only value is Trump. It’s really not so much, “America First,” as it is, “Trump First.” They didn’t have any values before Trump.
That’s why they can so easily demonize any person who actually still stands behind the principles they once claimed (pretended) to hold and demand they be voted out of office when it doesn’t line up with whatever Trump is saying at the moment.
They’re some STUPID motherfrickers.

Not sure how many times people have to hear this but Scott Bessent has said a million times that the debt is going to have a very short term increase but once the dust settles it will start decreasing like we have never seen before
So far, everything he has said has been truthful so I have to believe him based off results with the stock market, incoming tariff revenue, etc
