The flip side of COLLECTIVE GUILT is the equally evil concept of COLLECTIVE INNOCENCE. Imagine denying Simpson's victims their basic humanity to score one for your race. Pure evil and the absolute moral equivalency of anything that any white jury did in 1940's Mississippi. We are way past just lazy racial moral equivalency of the 1990s and into pure orchestrated EVIL at this point. Destroying a great culture to celebrate the basest emotions of the worst human beings in our culture.

I don’t know, Zach. She was very honest in the documentary. She said that Nicole deserved to die simply for getting beaten by OJ. She’s just an evil piece of shite.
But that has nothing to do with Rodney King who did not die and was out of the memory of most people after 4 years.
I watched the trial. The black female jurors dominated and it was a mistake by the prosecution during selection.
The prosecution thought women would be feminists who would side against the murderous male. That's not how it goes.
Black women HATE white women for stealing their rich men.

Part of it was also because it was a white woman (and man), so it was "Double-F#^$ You, Honky".

I’m sure that’s the proudest moment of her life.

I don’t care what King did leading up to that
You are welcome to hold that opinion.
But I do care - because Policemen are not robots. They also feel pain - have fear for their lives and health - have other innocent people relying on them for their future existence and happiness. These are valuable things to protect - regardless of your job. You will not find many doctors who will sacrifice (or even seriously risk) their lives to follow someone else's "interpretation" of what their next action may be.
No law is written in a manner than can sustain every conceivable future action between random individuals. Every action is highly dependent on now only what happened one split second ago, but what is likely to happen in the next split second. Few people would instantaneously jump in front of a bullet to save the life or health or treasure of a stranger. Hell, I would probably do it for my daughter but may not do it for my wife.
These are matters - especially among random people in random events - where no script can be written to precisely match what "should" be done to satisfy EVERY opinion that may exist.
To me - it all falls heavily on the INTENTION of the combatants before the event occurs.
Unless I can find some PRE-DETERMINED intent of an officer to cause unreasonable harm to a subject. before the interaction occurred, I am hesitant to subscribe criminal liability to him when confronted with absolutely crazy, malicious, intentional, harmful actions by the other party - where every reaction of one party is being scrutinized against some textual interpretation of some process and the OTHER party to the incident is given carte blanch immunity for ANYTHING he may do during the interaction.
That equation does not balance in any rational world - it can only exist is a universe of pre-approved outcomes.
This is the sacrament of a cult - not a rational society. Cults are generally bad for civilization. Take care of yourself out there. Be sure not to step on any lines = but remember the lines can be redrawn at random.

Yep, Cochran was rightly concerned about having black women jurors because he thought they may take this out on OJ, but nope, all Nicole.

Well said Sire. (I have to enlarge my screen to read easily and it obscures the "posted by" column. When I read something so good - or so stupid - I usually scan over to see the author.
I was not at all surprised to see your non de plume there - (could have only been a half dozen names)
well done - again.

You trust judges to be completely impartial?
Not completely but way more then regular citizens that can be bought off and have no knowledge of the law.

There should be a mistrial declared, and that woman should go to jail.
She should be executed. She clearly doesn't have a problem with killing others.

By the way, I’m not saying that Rodney King didn’t deserve that asskicking (he did) but that’s not for the cops to do it. They are not judge, jury, and executioner. Their job is to serve and protect and enforce the law, nothing more. Cops should have had their badges stripped and spent a few months in jail for that.

It's stupid because the 2 events are completely unrelated

Well well well.

What are the chances that stupid bitch knows that two of the officers involved in the King beating actually served time in prison for it?

He’s already been tried and acquitted. That would be a Fifth Amendment violation.
It absolutely sucks.

In a real world if a juror says we didn't give a shite about the case and trial and voted not guilty to frick the LAPD that should toss the trial no matter how long it's been.
Not if the result is an acquittal. You could have innocent people retried because the jurors were shite heads.
frick OJ and this juror

I'm assuming this is some kind of satire, Rodney King died from an accidental drowning high on cocain and PCP
