Nope. Not if a mistrial is declared. It can work both ways.
in general, if someone was acquitted and they found out there was witness tampering or jury intimidation, a mistrial could certainly be declared.
You can be tried again. Of course, you cant be tried again if you were convicted.

Yeah, Scheck is often overlooked but he was the MVP lawyer on that trial. I have no arguments against what he said, while I’d rail into the other attorneys. Scheck was brilliant in that trial, and I don’t have animosity towards him. Granted I don’t think that Scheck established reasonable doubt, but he did establish there’s like one in the millions possibility of this conspiracy happening.
