This will tank the real estate market. Conservatively half of all mortgages will be in default.

I mean why would anyone pay rent right now?

Last I read, renters will still owe all back due rent monies, just all at once. Good luck at collecting that. Better than Sec. 8 housing, this is free housing. And as things stand now, in order to receive any Fed unemployed money, a person has to be receiving State benefits. So will that be extended, too?

Does this mean an immediate $15/hr minimum wage or progressively increasing it to $15 like NY, FL, CA?

Either way, you have to be really retarded to even bring up something like that right now in the middle of a pandemic when businesses are closing left and right and tons of others are just about to go under. They'd have about 2 restaurants left in Louisiana and many other states with a $15 minimum wage and a gazillion places would go under. Every place is not NY or Cali.

Get ready for banking crisis 2.0 when banks are holding foreclosed commercial and residential properties worth half of what was borrowed, and they weren't even bubble properties.

So he is trying to put the death nail in small business and any lease/rental properties? Where does the buck stop? If I own rental apartments and nobody is paying me and I still have the pay the bank who takes the loss? Do I get to tell the bank pound sand?
