So the real signal is confidence in an opening.

2) “Stay home for now” is the tell

He is telling civilians to preserve themselves until a precise timing call.

That implies he expects:
•comms blackout
•mass arrests
•preemptive killings of street leaders

He is trying to avoid a premature bloodbath and instead synchronize the surge to a moment when security forces are confused or split.

That is coordinated insurrection logic.

3) The real target is the security apparatus, not the crowd

His direct message to military and police is the core payload.

He is offering them an off ramp:
•defect and become “protectors of Iran”
•stay loyal and become the enemy of the nation

This is designed to create moral permission for commanders to stand down.

If that moral permission lands, collapse becomes nonlinear.

•regime change is the end state
