There is no such thing as an "Ally". That's fiction. What Realpolitik teaches is that you have your own National Best Interests, and if there happens to be another Nation whose National Best Interests are served by implementation of any particular policy, then, you happen to have an "ally", for the purposes of implementation of that particular policy.
Europe has been trending Leftist for many decades, and, the Leftists are even more powerful there than they are in the USA. It is no surprise that, in nations that are infiltrated with powerful Islamic presences, that these "allies" would refuse to help the USA crush Islamic Iran. This is simple Realpolitik.

Poland border Russia and Belarus. Poland needs its Patriot batteries which is why they bought them in the first place. So Poland's refusal makes sense. The UK's refusal to send ships makes sense because they do not have the ships to spare. That does not mean I think they are right, support their decision, or anything like that. I am just saying their refusals make sense.
Spain, France, and Italy's refusals do not make sense. Denying your airspace to US aircraft is not going to make a difference. The US planes are still going to go bomb Iran or deliver their cargo to the Middle East. Denying US planes access to air space is just a dick move.

We don’t need NATO. NATO needs us.
It’s obvious they can’t do anything militarily and are completely dependent on us. Therefore, NATO does nothing but drag us down as we are required to defend them and ourselves without any help.

Here is a THEORY.
Allies refuse to help. Refuse to even allow us to fly over them. Trump pissed. Trump pissed for years that they don't pull their weight in NATO. They refuse.
So Trump is rightfully pissed at NATO countries. He is making headlines so that the American people can see it too. Or MSM sure isn't going to expose them.
Trump does plan to take Kharg Island... Taking the island is easy. Keeping it with troops there would be very very dangerous... right now. As soon as we can occupy it and take it without the fear of casualties from drones or missiles we will take it.
And when I say take it, I mean really take it. As in it is now ours. This will be the price the new Iranian gov't is willing to pay for us to free their country from the IRGC.
The oil that the USA set free again will now come with a toll. Paid to the USA and Iran. Basically you want oil Europe/China. Well now Iranian oil will be sold but with a toll to the USA. Iran keeps their oil. They make money on it sale. The USA own the export terminal and extract a fee for it's use.
Europe cries because now their is an extra charge. Forcing them to pay for military power that they have used but never supported. We no longer ask them to pay... we force them to pay.
China, no more half price oil deals. You pay market price plus or export fee/toll for use of Kharg Island.
The ground operation will start soon. The Kurds in the NW or Iran will be given the green light to destroy the IRGC in their region. The rebels in the SE will also be given the green light.
The ground game begins with those two the Iranian people holding tight for now and US special forces take the country back in very very short order.

No one can know where it goes from here, but up to this point, it’s arguably the single most successful military campaign ever in terms of damage inflicted versus damage sustained.
