"Hossein Dehghan to replace Ali Larijani as Iran's new Security Chief"
He's dead Jim.
At this point they should just wear a red shirt.

Why are they still trying to get help? They asked and they said no. frick them. We can do this by ourselves and we will do it at our own pace while their oil price soars.
I just don’t get why Trump and other people in the admin keep floating this after they were rejected already

Hegseth on Iran:
We’re winning decisively, and on our terms. Iran is a vast country, and just like Hamas and their tunnels, they’ve poured any aid—any economic development, humanitarian aid—into tunnels and rockets. That’s what they did with Hamas.
Iran has funneled decades of state resources not to their people, but into missiles, drones, proxies, and buried facilities.
But we are hunting them down—methodically, ruthlessly, and overwhelmingly—like no other military in the world can.
And the results speak for themselves.

IRAN UPDATE:
Israel estimates that Iranian regime is on verge of losing control due to ongoing eliminations and strikes; Iran’s leadership is in total chaos, says senior Israeli source.
Israel intends to make the internal crisis in Iran worse in the coming days; plans include “unusual and powerful action” that hasn’t been done before to directly undermine the regime’s ability to govern.
“We want to create a breaking point,” says the Israeli source; the aim is to show the Iranian public that it’s game over for the regime.

Dear Fellow Countrymen,
Protecting Iran's cultural and natural heritage is a national and perpetual duty for all of us. This duty has gained more importance than ever in the current circumstances; because there is a concern that opportunists may take advantage of the country's revolutionary situation or some potential disruptions until the establishment of the national government in the aftermath of the overthrow, and seek to plunder, destroy, or seize Iran's national heritage.
Unfortunately, we experienced examples of such events in 1979; a time when a significant portion of Iran's natural landscapes and historical monuments suffered damage and destruction.
I ask you to join the "Iran Heritage Unit" in the Immortal Guard for the safeguarding of the country's cultural heritage and environment. The mission of this unit is very simple: each one of you, wherever you are in Iran, form a local group, even a small one, with your friends and acquaintances to protect a national monument that you believe may be at risk.
Fellow countrymen abroad can also join this unit by participating in covering potential costs, or through awareness-raising and information-sharing, and share in this national effort.
I, too, as an Iranian, will join the "Iran Heritage Unit." This unit is not limited to revolutionary conditions; rather, it can, within the framework of an inclusive structure, become a permanent institution for the care and protection of Iran's national heritage.
Let us remember that everything we do is for Iran. Iran is all we have; and safeguarding its cultural and natural heritage is a covenant we have made with the martyrs of the Lion and Sun Revolution.
Long live Iran,
Reza Pahlavi

The optics certainly aren’t good. Trump should institute a toll to offset costs. We control this thoroughfare - pay the toll if you want to pass.

Here's where I think the administration isn't being straight up about things. We here one day that we've obliterated their navy, missiles, and drones. Then a refinery gets hit, an embassy or base gets hit, or another tanker gets hit. Then it's basically well we haven't obliterated their capabilities yet but I promise we are close. So not sure if this is all just political speak or we went in with bad intel about how many missiles, drones, and fast attack boats Iran actually had.

The list of Netanyahu's puppets is quite impressive.

We have totally obliterated the factories that make the drones and missiles. They can make barely a trickle of what they could before this started. They have shot off like 90% of what they had. Today they can only send out a few missiles and drones here and there because they are trying to conserve.

People see statistical data, time estimates, etc., and assume that it's a purely technical report with no reason for bias. Reuters is one of many news organizations that has over the years given cause for doubting their objectivity.

LNG plant baws in Lake Charles are going to be working a lot of overtime to keep up with the surge in demand. That means that strippers are going to be doing well. Regardless of how long it takes for Qatar to get back on line.

The Trump administration said on Thursday that it was considering new steps to shore up oil supplies, as it scrambles for solutions to a global energy crisis set off by the U.S.-Israeli bombing of Iran and Iran’s wide-ranging retaliatory strikes.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told Fox Business that the U.S. government “may unsanction the Iranian oil” that is already being shipped, about 140 million barrels, and that the United States could also release more oil from its own strategic reserves.
