Reports suggest the regime’s military and security forces are facing desertions, executions, sabotage, and deep mistrust as the war intensifies.

? Intelligence sources say more than 60 internal incidents have been documented across multiple branches of the regime’s security apparatus in recent days. These reportedly include desertions, summary executions of personnel, sabotage investigations, internal killings, and units refusing or failing to carry out orders.

? Executions of deserters are reportedly increasing. IRGC commanders are said to be executing soldiers who refuse orders or attempt to flee, sometimes on the spot at their own bases.

? Bodies of regime officials have reportedly been found dumped in public, some showing signs of torture. Victims are said to include personnel from the IRGC, intelligence services, naval forces, and the regular army.

? Paranoia inside the system is surging. Missile teams and military units are suspected of sabotage after equipment failures, triggering investigations, arrests, and more executions.

? Economic collapse is also fueling unrest. Soldiers and security personnel from multiple branches have reportedly gone months without pay, leading to protests, threats to abandon posts, and desertions.

? Manhunts for deserters are underway, and families of those who flee have reportedly been placed under house arrest.

? The anger reportedly cuts across the ranks, affecting both ordinary troops and senior officers.

? Leadership strain may also be emerging. The regime brought 72-year-old former IRGC chief Mohsen Rezaei out of retirement, while bypassing more recent commanders such as Yahya Rahim Safavi and Mohammad Ali Jafari, raising questions about the depth of the regime’s remaining senior leadership.

Sources warn that when the current crisis settles, many may be shocked at how degraded the regime’s machinery of repression has become. Some analysts believe the system may now be under more internal strain than at any point in decades.

TIFWIW but I’ve mentioned before my wife’s brother is stationed there at centcom before. We haven’t been able to talk to him since this started until today, he is safe even thought the base he is at did have missiles target them all were intercepted.

He’s only an E4 so he wouldn’t have any huge scoops to give even if he could or wanted to or if it wasn’t illegal lol so I asked him his about his vibe on how things are going.

He just told me everything is going nearly exactly to plan as it was laid out to the lower level ranks at least, morale is high, and confidence is high as well

Mass desertions and collapsing morale inside Iran’s security forces.

Reports say ~350 personnel abandoned a single police base, with some units facing up to 90% absenteeism.

Desertions within the Law Enforcement Command are now seen as a major internal threat.

The regime is scrambling to fill gaps by recalling retirees and even recruiting prisoners with promises of pardons.

Even the Air Force is showing cracks, with morale and readiness reportedly low.

Some pilots are said to be refusing to fly or engage after recent losses, further weakening operational capacity.

Thanks brother

Me and her were together in high school so she has experienced what it’s like having someone deployed to a far more deadly combat zones with me going to Iraq at 19 and Afghanistan 21 so I thought she wouldn’t be as worked up as she is.

I keep having to show her that the missile numbers have dropped precipitously. I feel bad for her

You and I both know there is nothing that Trump can do, other than turn over the presidency to a Democrat, that you will not try and find fault.

President Trump is the greatest leader and most consequential person the world has seen in two generations and you are not picking up on that. There is nothing he can do that you will not try and find fault.

I am not a religious person at all so that’s not my perspective for saying this or why

But it REALLY does seem like Trump has some been given some sort of divine mandate to do something. Think about Butler Pennsylvania and where we would be this second if that bullet is 1mm the other way.

Then you have his Grover Cleveland arc which very neatly sits itself inside a three act structure of the heroes journey.

It’s wild man

U.S. Navy Minesweepers Assigned To Middle East Have Been Moved To Pacific (Updated)

Two of the three Littoral Combat Ships that had taken over the minesweeping role in the Middle East have just appeared in Malaysia.

The U.S. Navy Independence class Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) USS Tulsa and USS Santa Barbara, which are configured for minesweeping duties, have appeared in port in Malaysia. Both of these ships were last known to be forward-deployed in the Middle East, having arrived in Bahrain in the past year or so to take the place of a group of now-decommissioned Avenger class mine hunters. Now, as Iranian attacks on commercial ships have caused a virtual halt to maritime traffic through the highly strategic Strait of Hormuz, these ships have emerged thousands of miles away. The extent to which Iran has seeded naval mines in the Strait already is unclear, but this remains a huge threat to the future security of the waterway and will have to be taken into account in any future effort to reopen this critical waterway.

A spotter in Malaysia posted pictures of the USS Tulsa and USS Santa Barbara, which are said to have been taken today at the North Butterworth Container Terminal (NBCT) in the Port of Penang. Mike Yeo, an Australia-based defense and aviation reporter, was among the first to call attention to the particular significance of the images. TWZ has reached out for more information.

When it comes to why the ships are now in Malaysia, TWZ also reached out to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), which directed us to the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet. We were then directed by Fifth Fleet back to CENTCOM. CENTCOM is the top U.S. military command for operations in the Middle East. Fifth Fleet is the Navy’s numbered fleet in the Middle East, with its commander dual-hatted as head of Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT). Fifth Fleet and NAVCENT are headquartered in Manama, Bahrain, in the Persian Gulf.

We have reached out to the U.S. Navy and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), as well.

Pictures available through the U.S. military’s Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DVIDS) show USS Tulsa was in port in Bahrain at least as of February 9. Separate images also show USS Santa Barbara operating in the Persian Gulf on January 30.

I will say this again. This has exposed the European Union for how weak they really are and how unprepared they are for any war. They have been relying on the U.S. to carry the burden while they pay for their socialist societies. Frick em.

It’s clear that the small frigates so popular with European navies are purely ceremonial in nature.

Those ships were built for escort duty. But can you blame the EU for wanting their pay-pigs to handle it?
