This video is 24 min long but what im commenting on is in the first 30 seconds. It is Trump speaking earlier confirming what we all thought, his request about ships was a test to see who can be relied on.
Thought it was interesting if anyone wanted confirmation from the man himself

Trump isn't asking U.S. allies to help him win the Iran war. Trump is telling them to help themselves while also testing the alliance itself. There are countries that will be impacted far more from economic destabilisation than the U.S. Trump is telling them to share the burden and act or do nothing and face a number of short term and long term consequences.
This is the best time to test those alliances.

I have seen that dude speak a few times now and I always find myself coming off really impressed with him

Reports suggest the regime’s military and security forces are facing desertions, executions, sabotage, and deep mistrust as the war intensifies.

TIFWIW but I’ve mentioned before my wife’s brother is stationed there at centcom before. We haven’t been able to talk to him since this started until today, he is safe even thought the base he is at did have missiles target them all were intercepted.
He’s only an E4 so he wouldn’t have any huge scoops to give even if he could or wanted to or if it wasn’t illegal lol so I asked him his about his vibe on how things are going.
He just told me everything is going nearly exactly to plan as it was laid out to the lower level ranks at least, morale is high, and confidence is high as well
