They do. That is what hit the oil tanker yesterday, killing one and injuring others. It is believed to be the first such instance of deployment, at least in a direct attack.

Any military guys have any knowledge of how Kuwait could friendly fire 3 of our F15s out of the sky? I know no aircraft is a match for anti-missile fire, but you'd think there had to be something to tell "the shooter" that was a friendly aircraft??? Could it have been an "unfriendly" at the controls of the shooting? Or is this seriously just a mistake?
I wouldn't fly anymore aircraft over that area, no matter what the reason.
