NY Times: "U.S. Military Is Quietly Guiding Ships Through the Strait of Hormuz -- U.S. Central Command has helped around 70 commercial ships pass through the strait in the last three weeks...most of the vessels had turned off their transponders to avoid detection when going through the narrow waterway...The officials declined to say what type of vessels were going through and what route they took"

Do we know who carried out the assassination?

We — via the struggling "Board of Peace "— just petitioned the UN Securtiy Council for it to pressure Hamas to disarm. Hezbollah is still launching rockets at Israel while we try to get Israel to stop retaliating whilst the "negotiations" with Iran trudge on.
Well sure. The reality on the ground isn’t going to reflect our declarations of accomplishment or the terms of any negotiated deal.

Honestly, the "20 Point Plan", The Board of Peace, and the International Stabilization Force (the body that is actually supposed to be the security apparatus of the Gazan recovery and rebuild) is a mess right now.
As far as the BoP goes, there is very little traceable funding that has come into it despite ten or more countries pledging funds. I say "traceable funding" because when people started asking questions and looking at the actual account/bank that is taking care of the funds they found that there is nothing in it. That's not a secret. Only two countries have contributed funding to this point, and we are one of them. When asked about the empty account, the Trump administration responded by saying that there are "multiple routes for funding" to be sent to the account, and media and other concerned parties aren't privy to all of those routes. When asked to clarify with a ballpark figure, the admin declined. That is an issue given the amount of money they we are talking about the Gazan recovery costing and the fact that we could very well wind up on the hook for the lion's share of it.
As for the International Security Council, it has barely gotten off the ground. Member nations are dragging their feet on actually supporting it, to the point the we can't even get pledge on how many forces member countries may provide or what other ways they may help. That is the international group that will be responsible for ensuring stability and security within Gaza going forward. Yet, we just had to petition the UN Security Council (the same UN that still doesn't recognize Hamas as a terror organization) to get Hamas to disarm.
It is a mess.

We were told we did that last summer. So what has this clusterfrick been about? Or were we not told the truth last summer?

No one knows for certain, but I'd put my money on Mossad.

The ME is a cluster as always. There is the possibility that Iran and it's proxies can be dealt with. With more resolve from the US and Israel doing what they do, Iran, Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, can all be liberated. Syria can continue to be stabilized. The ME could be more stable. It all starts with finishing the job in Iran.

Iran doesn't have a nuclear bomb and their nuclear facilities have been decimated. The industries that made drones and missiles have been destroyed. Iran's top political and military leaders have been wasted and this is continuing. Their navy and air force, command centers, and air defense have been destroyed. They are losing 400-500 millions a day. The blockade is destroying their economy. Only a dumbazz liberal would say Trump hasn't done anything. They hate Trump so much that they want a regime that is as evil as Nazi Germany to stay in power. They are some sick MFs
