Most reasonable people would agree that you can only kill someone in self defense. You can only kill in self defense when there is no other reasonable option to save your self.
If there is a person passed out in a car and the car is heading toward a police officer it would be wrong for the officer to shoot the person.
On the other hand, if there is a bad/crooked cop, and that cop is trying to kill an innocent person by running them over, it's ok for the innocent person to shoot the bad cop if there is no other option.
It's the same rule for cop or citizen, you can't kill someone unless it's the only way to save yourself.
We can all agree cops can't kill someone for jay walking, cops can't kill someone for drug dealing, cops can't kill someone for punching the cop.
Whether or not the woman in Minnesota was trying to kill the officer, and whether or not the officer had reason to believe she was trying to kill him is very important. If she was being reckless, that's not a justification to kill her. The only justification is whether that's the only way he could save himself.
At the very least the officer made a mistake. Shooting her in no way saved his life. Jumping out of the way saved his life.
I don't understand how anyone can watch that video, hear the lady, see her turn the wheel to the right, and then conclude it was her goal to kill him. Was she reckless? Yes for sure.

an American citizen was murdered
List the elements and defenses to this legal term. You won’t. You don’t know them.

What was my lie?

I'm acting defensively because an American citizen was murdered
This is a lie, she wasn't murdered. Self defense isnt murder.

Based on what I have SEEN, I don't think that the women were interfering with the ICE agents in performance of their lawful duties.
All I have seen is them be obnoxious bitches to agents who were just trying to do their job. What mission were the agents on? Were they prevented from executing a warrant?
How about you develop some idea regarding the related laws before you ask these stupid questions.
Check out 18 U.S.C. §§ 111
In law, intent matters. The truth matters. You have to listen to police in this country.

"blocking one lane of traffic" is ONE way to describe obstruction of federal law enforcement and attempted murder, I suppose.

This is where you veered off course.
This is not the legal requirement for use of deadly force. All the idiocy that followed was fruit of your initially incorrect statement.

Blocking one lane of traffic destabilizes the city?
Yes.

Three gullets through the driver side window was one.
Calling it murder is another.
Though I don’t think you were intentionally lying. I think you’re just dumb.

I’m not surprised this leftist retard is in this thread defending one of his fellow communist comrades

No. He’s intentionally lying.

I guess this clown wanted the agent to get run over and killed? Which would have certainly lead to this crazed lunatic getting life in jail. Because thats the only other way this plays out....
so again...... no other conclusion can be drawn except that TXTiger has the sads because the commie is dead and not the ICE agent.

Yeah, but for this case and this case only, we are going to pretend cars can't kill people. We can't argue she was innocent if we admit her car is dangerous and she drove it at an officer?
Kind of like how all cops are bastards except for Capitol police on Jan 6 of 2021 between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00. For those 6 hours, that was the only time cops have ever been heroes.

You are like a pharisee. I'm not talking about legality. Legality is like lowest bar of ethics/morality. I support the legal system, it's useful, we need it, but, it's only the arbiter of right and wrong for pharisees and idiots.

I think more appropriate response might have been to shoot the tires out. I mean if you absolutely have to shoot something.
Good Lord. These people want to control our guns.

Just shoot the tire out!! You know.... like in the movies!

Uhh..no one seems to have mentioned the dinosaur smashing a car at 28 seconds?
