This is one way to look at it.
Another is that Trump so effectively set the narrative for this that the media had no choice but to report it accurately or else lose the last vestige of credibility it has left.

How far do you expect the media to go against the truth to help the democrats? This shut down is clearly on the democrats. Almost everyone one of them voted last night to shut the government down . The media may also think the democrats will get what they want and will make this into a good thing once the deal is done .

The OP is fake news. I have visited all of those sites. Their headlines do not blame the Democrats or the Republicans. There are individual articles buried pointing at One side and the other. But most definitely headlines or the news organizations as a whole or not blaming one side.
