A convention of states is the only possible route remaining that could achieve a long term outcome that is both peaceful and keeps all 50 states together. All other options will result in Balkanization or war.

Right. If Abbot won’t increase the production of shipping out illegals himself the mayors of these towns hit first and hardest should just do it themselves. Send them all, every single one, to places who espouse the blue anon progressive woke fever dream. What is anyone going to do to stop them? Call them mean names and write spiteful media articles? Oh no the horror. Are the feds going to use force to stop them? Well, firstly I don’t believe that is the case. These people absolutely flinch and break at the sheer thought of violence. The progressive authoritarianism is completely opt in and uses passive aggressive typically female associated behaviors of aggression. Secondly, if by chance they did, then ok. I don’t think that’s going to end well for them. The progressive and neo liberal power structures and ideologies are in their descending stage not their ascendancy. These people aren’t stupid they’re just malicious and they know this. Exercising that type of force would only serve to hasten their fall, albeit more violently.
