I would find a way to discreetly unleash a swarm of bumblebees into the house. And maybe some harmless snakes.

Problem solved.

But it’s a problem that the owner of property has to do that to get a squatter to leave. Completely broken legal system.

You can’t do that. Any eviction must go through the court system.

The idea that someone can squat on your property, but someone else can't also squat on the same property is insane.

If I were Elon Musk, this is the type of person I would help. (The landlord, not the tenant)

That wouldn’t be squatting though. That would be the landlord evicting the squatter illegally.

Look, I agree that eviction processes, particularly in larger urban areas, are too favorable to squatters and are ripe for reform, but the fact remains that if a landlord just changes the locks on a squatter without going through a court-ordered eviction process they’re opening themselves up for some adverse legal consequences.

If squatter can squat then owner can squat with him or have someone else squat there to make the original squatter uncomfortable

There’s obviously ways to get rid of a squatter and an eviction notice is not even required.

I think there is a guy who is a “professional evictor” who also was a victim and learned how to deal with them.

I think he helped the Army lady who had squatters move in while house was for sale. He moved in with them and they moved out quick.

My solution is a family of skunks…
