Behold the 'warmth of collectivism'

NYC landlord pleads for help as '9-year-squatter' continues to drain him dry in court saga: 'Twilight Zone'

Brooklyn landlord says ‘9-year-squatter’ wreaking havoc on his life

"It drained my daughter’s college fund," Diana told Fox News Digital inside his home while wearing a now-outdated T-shirt that says, "Stuck with 8-year-squatter."

"Now we’re borrowing money to pay for college while this just keeps dragging on. It gets pretty stressful. People think eviction cases are like TV where it takes two weeks. In New York it can take years, and this one has turned into almost a decade."

I heard the owner went to the property, feared for his life and shot the intruder he encountered, who turned out to be the squatter.

It happened tomorrow.

Stuff like this is what cultivates the return of the Mob. The only way their would be a 8 year squatter in the old days was if he was buried in the crawl space.

One way to get that fool out.

Go into your house and beat his arse. Go to jail.

By the time squatter gets out of the hospital, the owner will get out of jail and then he beat his arse again. May make a point.

Actually he probably wouldn’t go to jail or even be convicted. We are talking about NYC.

And I like your style sir.

This is every progressive's wet dream. The squatter owns the property now if they have been there 9 years. The new "mayor" will likely jail the owner for even trying to get his property back. Progressives will cheer this madness.

City people.

Just find 2-3 baws who can keep their mouths shut and pay them $1,000 to "encourage" the guy to leave.

I think there is a guy who is a “professional evictor” who also was a victim and learned how to deal with them.

Not many buyers out there that will pay full value for a rental property that is producing no rent

I think you're right.

But he's almost certainly more expensive than 2-3 baws.

Must be a hands-off landlord.

The residential landlords I know all have a Ricky, Earl or Leroy in their phone contacts.
