I'm with everyone else in this thread.
Nothing arrestable unless she made a threat.
Definitely suspendable or better fireable.
We don't arrest people in this country for mean thoughts. We'd all be in jail if that were true.

Thats tricky. She's in a profession that is given a high degree of trust. Her saying she wishes harm upon someone (while giving birth in hospital) for political reasons isn't someone I want giving healthcare to the general public.
If she worked as an accountant then it would be well within her right to say whatever.

This! She can speak her mind, that is her right. However, as a medical provider that will likely come into contact with conservative or even Trump loving individuals, you can see why this would be a serious issue. There is no current basis for her arrest or charges filed, however, she should receive a permanent band from the medical profession and lose any/all licensing, whether in a doctor office, hospital, whatever. Medicine is one profession that everyone should portray a 100% neutral policy, every patient should be treated the same.
