Now the left doesn't want to Feel The Bern

I'm dying laughing this morning, at all the liberals saying "we don't need an old white guy" in charge, when linking to the Bern's announcement.
3 years ago, these same people would have given up EVERYTHING for a Bernie Presidency. Now, a bunch of female and/or black copy cats have shown up, and all of a sudden, the OG Socialist is persona non grata.
The 2019 pre-primary season and the 2020 primary season are going to be glorious to watch. They are going to absolutely destroy each other, as each identity subgroup realizes they can't trust the others.

To be fair, in 2008 and 2012 MANY on the right were championing McCain and Romney as heroes. I still remember all the cheerleading on the board when they were convinced Romney was going to beat Obama.

I'll let you in on a little secret. If the candidate who ran against Obama in '08 and '12 was named Alt26, I'd have voted for him too but it doesn't necessarily mean I had a crush on him.

One of the things I've never changed my mind about is getting the US out of all these stupid, useless wars, that have nothing at all to do with our interests. What makes it worse is we started most of them.
The first one I got mad about was Serbia during Clinton.
Then Bush rolls around, and we are going to war with Saddam Hussein of all people - because he is in league with Islamic fundamentalists. Not to mention Colin Powell lying and spinning his arse off at the UN.
So in '08 I voted for Obama. I hate, and still hate Bush (any Bush really) with a burning hatred that won't end till the last Bush is no longer on this planet.
I figured no way Obama could be as much of a F-Up. If we reran the Carter Administration or something, well hey that's the worst of it, right?
Well I was wrong. But I still hate Bush and I was right about that, so meh.
As for Mittens... I honestly can't remember if I voted for him that year. I knew he wasn't going to win, so... hmmm no idea but I didn't vote for Romney or Obama in 2012.
