If there are 2.2mm black people in California that means they would each get north of 6 million dollars. That’s a big number

The idiots may not move on but if the politicians ever enacted something like this, not just in Cali, but anywhere, I'd imagine anyone with the resources who'd be affected by this would move the frick out.
It'd be a political killer.
Don't forget, although Newsom won, the people of Cali still sent him to a recall election. In his first term too.

Natives Americans are irrelevant because of being conquered status. Well the people brought in from Africa were people conquered by their ancestors and traded for. Americans should be thankful their part in this was done as ancestors from Africa living here now are blessed not to live there
