Prosecutors say these stringent checks revealed that the brothels' visitors included public officials, military officers, high-level government contractors, doctors, professors and CEOs.

Why do we care? Prostitution should be legal.

Well I do not know about legalizing it but it is the oldest profession/career known to mankind.

Good thing they blurred their faces. They are unrecognizable now.

Now and then the girls are trafficked and forced into it but very often a hooker is just a hooker regardless of the "get out of jail free" buzzword.

Were they consenting adults?
If yes, then what is the problem and why are we bogging down the legal system with this?
Has always blown my mind that by adding a camera to the room , this "crime" would have suddenly been legal and "acceptable."

Prostitution/sex work
Physician assisted suicide
Recreational drug use (with limited drug legalization)
legalize it all.

Public decency laws are fine when it comes to lewd public propositions or Amsterdam-style windows but a girl in a hotel bar willingly entering into a discreet business transaction is nobody else's concern. There's a higher morality in respecting other people's choices so long as they're not harming you. frick your nanny state.
