I know it's not technically one of the 6 alleged swing states but we're a year out from the election. Remember they went blue for Obama in 2008. Trump had very slim margins there in 2020 as well so that's worth considering. The polling certainly favors Trump right now but I'm thinking this race is going to be very close. This is one state that the dems absolutely can not win. If they take NC I don't see a path for a republican victory.

Not until they fix voter fraud

Until then, none of the states are important

The fix is in

If that's what you believe I'm not going to be able to convince you otherwise

But for those of us that live in the real world it might be worth thinking about

If this race is close with the exception of NY and California then it means there was massive cheating and very rigged election (again)

No. Based on the fact that it was very close in 2020, went blue in 2008 and the polls are pretty tight.

You do realize that there was a big influx of people from blue states to NC after the pandemic right?

Fair enough

But people might migrate to those 2 destinations for different reasons

There is a big migration of liberal banking professionals from NYC to Charlotte for instance

Charlotte had the same frickery as Fulton, Maricopa and others. It just wasn't enough to overcome the overwhelming Trump vote, and they chose not to go overboard with contesting it since they already knew AZ, PA, and GA were locks.

I’ll cancel one of them out. Moved here recently and will be voting red.

Voter ID laws went into place for the first time in NC today. Have to show an ID to vote, if you don't have one, you have to fill out a lengthy exception form. Absentee ballots have to be supplemented with all of your state issued information from your ID.

NC currently has a conservative supermajority in the houses and in the courts. A lot of things are getting pushed through here on voter integrity.

Trump will always win NC. His DIL is from the coast. New Hanover County is hard democrat that goes for Trump, as one example.

I think any regular establishment republican like Haley, Pence, Romney or DeSantis would barely win NC if not loose outright.

Well you need to speak spanish if you live in charlotte, so the dems have done a great job in changing the demographics there.
