The new policy of the State Dept is that if you had declared on your original Visa that you would engage in campus disruptions and protests, that Visa would have been denied. So they will revoke once you engage
The situation with this 5-year long doctoral student is that she advocated for resistance after the University denied their requests to participate in antisemitism. There is the op-ed where she told the University president not to mischaracterize their cause as being divisive. And that they were not done. She was angered because the Tufts president said:
