Nikki Haley is a lot of things but she is not dumb.
She's knows better than anyone that her campaign is not a serious one designed to win the nomination.
She is being a party soldier. When told to drop out and endorse Desantis she will do exactly that.
Her reward will be a high profile position in the fantasy Desantis administration, maybe even as the nominee for Vice President.

Seems like a long shot and she’s going to get Trump’s wrath. Logic would dictate she’s doing this to build up a war chest for future use or jockeying for a VP spot by whoever wins the primary. She doesn’t have the following to be a serious contender.
