So that only happened because someone needed to leave the facility through that entrance. So ICE came out with shields, picked up the barrels of sand and moved them, cops pulled up on the other side of the street and stood guard, the vehicle left, they kicked two people's asses and arrested them, the cops left and the ICE agents went back inside.
