He was buying donuts for the veterans and staff at the VA. He was a good boy…

Ole boy drew a straight line from Pretti to Laken Riley.
Typical leftism.

Why do you say that? Wouldn’t his recent behavior be relevant?

saw Pretti make a draw-like move and reacted. Which, while tragic, will provide a reasonable and straight faced defense.
Exactly. That move always gets a person shot by a LEO

I cannot lie. I love LEO shooting debates. I hate that we have so many people who seem to want to fight each other, but I love the shooting discussions.

I know a lot of these protesters are paid agitators, but damn there's got to be a lot of mental illness involved. You couldn't pay me enough to act like these retards.

Guy was a real piece of shite apparently.

Should be arrested and jailed, yes. Shot and killed, no. Thats how this country works. You have your day in court. Not saying he is not a POS who needs his arse whipped. But, we cant be saying "oh he got mad and kicked a car last week, fricker deserved to die"
Dude had a death wish. Openly and brazenly confronting law enforcement WHILE ARMED with a gun is a horrifically stupid move. It’s the equivalent of downing 5 shots at a bar, getting into a Corvette, and driving 120 mph. You may get away with it a few times, but your luck WILL run out.

You have zero idea how this country works
If it is your opinion that every single person in the United States is entitled to their day in court then you severely misunderstand our laws and the consequences of one's actions

No.
I think there was a better than 50% chance that this video gets shown in court if it came to that

Maybe not.
If I were guessing, I would guess that when they had their little after action reports that people were so excited by him standing up for his neighbors and his community as a praised him and said, you do such an awesome job fighting this oppressive government.
And it may be affirmation that he hadn’t received in many other areas in his life (he became a nurse at 33). He just kept ramping up the level of what he was willing to do to fight this oppressive government.
And if you told him six months ago, you’re gonna be wrestling some border patrol agents while you have a pistol tucked into your waistband, he Would’ve been surprised.

"Dude had a death wish"
this is just typical behavior for a radicalized terrorist. We just don't recognize it easily because we don't have many domestic ones like this here in the US

you're getting closer than most. Now if you consider the "praise" coming from the "group" he joined ( which I think we will find was some form of the on line Signals group and, in my opinion will include MN leadership) you will get to his radicalization (which is similar to terror group recruiting).

Sure. Same as a gang. Or a fraternity hazing. We do weird things to fit into groups that we normally wouldn’t. We want to belong.

Totally agree. And the weakest minded of us are easily led into these situations and into doing things we nornally never would.
This guy is primarily culpable for his actions.
The "group" he joined needs to be thorougly investigated and prosecuted for his radicalization, and that of others.
I believe that "group" includes some of the highest levels of Dem leadership in MN. If I'm wrong I will apologize. But we need to get to the bottom of that "group". I believe they instinctively recognized their kid was going through a radicalization process
EDIT: I believe Prett's parents, the parents of a 37 year old adult, recognized immediately the inherent make up and danger of that "group" just by carrying on conversations with their son.
