I agree with your post on general principles, but now that I have daughters about to go into High School, I was hoping they'd get a sports scholarship when they went to College. Guess men will take those schollies now?

I’m in my 40s and out of shape, but I could probably still compete in women’s college soccer. The locker room access would be a bonus, now that that swimmer guy has shown us boners are allowed.

If seems to me that we need to just have one team and have all the students try out for that team. Let the best on the team.

I'd venture every decently in shape 40 year old man could compete in at least one women's collegiate sport, with maybe 3-4 months of training tops.

We could go that route, or just go the route I've always considered "fairest." One team. Each school has A basketball team, A swim team, A wrestling squad, etc...we'll just allow individuals of any gender to try out for the team. Don't even have to ask gender. Our school has one team and let the best be on the squad.

No one likes to mention that across the board men's teams are not men's teams
They are open division
If there was a woman that could throw the ball like CJ Stroud they would be starting at Ohio State next year

Can’t wait till this extends beyond swimming. I want a 6’5 shemale guard dominating the paint in women’s college basketball. I want a shemale hitting bombs in women’s softball. I want records to fall. And I want Karen’s to sit and have to see it.

OK - it is time to get all up to date with the future.
From this point on - the only way to ensure there is no discrimination is to reserve sports to only include those who identify with a gender that is opposite from their antiquated biological dictates.
XXchromos can only engage in 'football' type sports.
XYchromos can only engage in 'synchronized swimming' type sports.
No scholarships for any other 'sports' allowed.

This will be tied up in litigation for years, and will likely still be being litigated when 2024 election rolls around.
